Create a CLIA Academy Account

Gain access to some of the best courses in the industry and other CLIA training! Setting up a CLIA Academy account is easy to do. Just fill out the information listed below and then you will be on your way to accessing courses and information that will make you a more knowledgeable agent.

Before you begin, all correspondence for CLIA Academy, such as passing letters, forgotten passwords or notices, are sent from clia@theacademy.com. Please be sure to add this email address to your safe recipients list. If you have an email account that automatically filters for junk or spam email, such as Yahoo or AOL, please be sure to set your email to accept mail from us or check your bulk/spam folders for emails from us. After you create an account, you will get an email so please make sure your settings are correct before you proceed.

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

                            		
The following agreement is required reading for all agents prior to creating an account for CLIA Academy.                        
                       			
There is no fee to create an account for the CLIA Academy Website.  However, there may be fees associated with registration for CLIA courses, training programs, certification programs and other items.

Students of TheAcademy.com, taking online training courses, agree to pay a tuition fee to TheAcademy.com. In return, TheAcademy.com will provide access courses for which you have registered. 

Students agree that TheAcademy.com, and/or any of their staff is not responsible for any inaccuracies in course data, or any liability that may result therefrom. 

Students also agree that TheAcademy.com is not responsible for their inability to login to the courses, either because of poor Internet connections, incorrect typing of logins and passwords, and/or browser incompatibility. TheAcademy.com will make every effort to ensure that our servers remain operational 24 hours a day. However, there may be times when the servers are down due to power outages, network problems, or regular maintenance. Students agree that this is normal, and that they will not hold TheAcademy.com responsible for these infrequent outages. 

Students also agree that they may not give out logins and/or passwords to other users. TheAcademy.com reserves the right to cancel any registration, without refund, if TheAcademy.com discovers that a student account is being used by more than one person, or if a login/password is given to another person, regardless of whether they actually use it. 

Students agree that TheAcademy.com may modify the terms of this agreement at any time.

Important Notice for New Registrants of Online Courses! 
Effective March 1, 2005, CLIA course access will have a validation period. 

New registrations for CLIA Online training courses will have access expiration dates.

If you register for 4 or less courses in a single registration, your course and exam access will expire 180 days (6 months) from the date of registration.

If you register for 5 to 9 courses in a single registration, your course and exam access will expire 365 days (one year) from the date of registration.

If you register for 10 or more courses in a single registration, your course and exam access will expire 730 days (2 years) from the date of registration.

Depending on what you do when you visit any Web site, you are providing information about your visit to the site's owners. This includes TheAcademy.com. Email: When you send us an email to comment on something or ask us a question, we learn your exact email address and the thoughts you share. 

We use your email address to thank you for your comments and/or reply to your questions, and we will store your communication and our reply in case we correspond further. We will never share your email address with or sell it to anyone else. 

TheAcademy.com stores the email addresses of our students for 2 reasons. First, email is the best method for providing you answer to your questions, suggestions or comments. Second, we use your email address to notify you of changes to our services or additional courses in which you may be interested.
